The declaration that Obama signed late Friday authorized Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to bypass federal rules so health officials can respond more quickly to the outbreak, which has killed more than 1,000 people in the United States.

Here is are my thoughts on what’s behind Obama’s declaration of national emergency and its timing The past few week weeks have been very bad news weeks for the Obama administration and the upcoming weeks are sure to put more negative news in front of the American people about worsening economic conditions in our land.

For example, Obama’s approval rating went into the cellar a fews days ago, a bad omen for a president, who is, according to the popular but incorrect belief about that job, supposed to be our national leader. This news came on the heels of the news that several key energy nations would no longer be selling crude oil denominated in dollars, which constitutes a threat to the supremacy of the U.S. dollar.

Also the State of New York announced that it had decided to not force its medical care workers to H1N1 flu shots. This news was no doubt as a disappointment for the White House, which had been pushing for universal vaccination of the American people, even though many medical experts had presented evidence that the mercury preservatives and adjuvants included in the vaccine had in past inoculation campaigns paralyzed many persons who had taken the shots and even killed some.

Then, adding to the bad news for Obama, Alex Jones released his new, blockbuster documentary film The Fall of the Republic a few days ago. The film exposes the unfolding plan of the global elitist banking system to destroy our republic and President Obama’s role in executing this plan. Early indications are that this film is already going viral. Jones’ previous film, The Obama Deception, which was released only seven months ago, went viral within only a few days of its release.

With bad news delivered in carloads coming from all directions, the regime needed a way of distracting the attention of the American people, so that they would not end up completely rejecting him and, along with it, his rip-off health care and carbon cap and trade plans for the U.S.

President Obama’s declaration late last night of a swine flu state of national emergency could very well have been chosen by White House advisors to meet that need. It frames Obama as a president still in charge, a leader dedicated to protecting them from the H1N1 flu and facilitating their getting well if they should become infected while at the same time implying falsely that the vaccine is safe and effective. A slick, Gucci-shoed snake oil salesman, Obama never gives up.

CBS Reveals that Swine Flu Cases Seriously Overestimated

An Infowars reader has sent a vaccine insert that proves Fluzone contains thimerosal, the deadly antiseptic and antifungal agent. “Thimerosal is a very effective preservative that has been used since the 1930s to prevent contamination in some multi-dose vials of vaccines,” according to the Centers for Disease Control.

LC Editor’s Comments: The article includes a photocopy of printed insert that comes with each sealed bottle of this vaccine. The insert shows chemical and biological composition of the vaccine as well as contraindications, that is, known side effects of inoculation with the vaccine.

Vaccine doses are removed from the bottle by inserting the hypodermic needle of the inoculation syringe through its rubber seal. Several doses of vaccine are contained in each bottle. To minimize the likelihood of contaminating with the vaccine in the bottle during the process of loading the syringe a preservative called Thimerasol is added to it during its manufacture.

The active ingredient of Thimerasol is ethyl mercury, an organic mercury compound. Although metallic mercury and its organic compounds are known neurotoxins in any concentration, the FDA nonetheless claims that vaccines containing it are safe for injection. This claim turns out be a false one.

LC Editor’s Comment: According to the U.S. government’s Center for Disease Control (CDC), genital human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI). The virus infects the skin and mucous membranes. There are more than 40 HPV types that can infect the genital areas of men and women, including the skin of the penis, vulva (area outside the vagina), and anus, and the linings of the vagina, cervix, and rectum. You cannot see HPV. Most people who become infected with HPV do not even know they have it.

Merck claims on its Gardasil.com site that Gardasil is the only cervical cancer vaccine that helps protect against 4 types of human papillomavirus (HPV): 2 types that cause 70% of cervical cancer cases, and 2 more types that cause 90% of genital warts cases. GARDASIL is for girls and young women ages 9 to 26. Presumably Merck will make similar claim for he boy’s version of Guardasil. The side effects include pain, swelling, itching, bruising, and redness at the injection site, headache, fever, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, and fainting. Sometimes fainting is accompanied by falling with injury, as well as shaking or stiffening and other seizure-like activity.

House Passes New Iran Sanctions Bill

In its latest attempt to ramp up sanctions against the Iranian government, the House of Representatives voted 414-6 today to grant legal protection to state and local governments if they decide to abandon deals with firms which have ties to Iran’s energy industry. Rep. Kirk, one of the bill’s major authors, says “this legislation gives a strong ‘go signal’ to state and local leaders around America to get out of Iran.” The move comes despite ongoing negotiations with the Iranian government.

The bill was overwhelmingly approved by officials citing Iran’s civilian nuclear program as a “grave threat.” The six dissenting votes included the usual opponents of such measures, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) and Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) as well as Reps. Flake (R-AZ), Jones (R-NC), McDermott (D-WA) and Hinchey (D-NY). Rep. Kucinich cautioned that the bill might harm the Geneva talks.

LC Editor’s Comment: I regard these six dissenters as the only members of the House of Representatives who are true patriots, intelligent, informed representatives of the American people and dedicated to supporting and defending the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.

They voted on the basis of fact, which is that both International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reports and President Obama’s most recent National Intelligence Estimate on Iran show that there exists no credible evidence to show that Iran is using or plans to use its nuclear program for anything other than to assist in the building of several nuclear electric power stations and the production of the low-enriched uranium fuel for these facilities.

However, President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahoo of Israel continue to demand that Iran prove that it is not preparing to build a nuclear weapon. To meet this demand, Iranian officials would have to prove a negative of a positive assertion, a logical impossibility. The sanctioning bill, which was authorizes implementation of trade restrictions, was designed to punish Iran for not choosing to cow-tow to both US and Israeli regimes by attempting to meet their impossible to meet demand. This situation is just like the one set up by America and Israel during the Bush adminisration to justify the shock and awe military attack upon Iraq when Saddam could not prove to the satisfaction of both regimes that his country was not producing weapons of mass destruction.

House representatives who chose to vote for this outrageous bill apparently did so based on what they deemed to be best best for their careers. No doubt they decided before the bill came up for a vote that it would be better for them to go along with insistent demands on the part of the Israel Lobby and President Obama to support the sanctioning of Iran rather than risk experiencing the potentially severe political reprcussions that could ensue were they to “buck the system”, in particular, the demands of the Lobby.

Good Question! There is no way to know for certain until you get a 25-hydroxyvitamin D test, also called a 25(OH)D. Levels should be above 50 ng/ml year-round, in both children and adults. Thanks to Bruce Hollis, Robert Heaney, Neil Binkley, and others, we now know the minimal acceptable level. It is 50 ng/ml.

In a recent study, Heaney, et al expanded on Bruce Hollis's seminal work by analyzing five studies in which both the parent compound (cholecalciferol) and 25(OH)D levels were measured. They found that the body does not reliably begin storing cholecalciferol in fat and muscle tissue until 25(OH)D levels get above 50 ng/ml.

The average person starts to store cholecalciferol at 40 ng/ml, but at 50 ng/ml virtually everyone begins to store it for future use. That is, at levels below 50 ng/ml, the body uses up vitamin D as fast as you can make it, or take it, indicating chronic substrate starvation—not a good thing. 25(OH)D levels should be between 50–80 ng/ml, year-round.

Two pieces of evidence dominated recent Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Reports. They were instrumental in convincing the that world global warming due to humans was a scientifically indisputable fact. One was the graph known as the “hockey stick” because it purported to show little temperature change for approximately 1000 years then a sudden rise in the 20th century. The second was a global temperature increase of 0.6°C (1°F) in over 100 years, a rate claimed to be beyond any ‘natural’ increase.

The first is now fully discredited thanks primarily to the work of Steve McIntyre and Ross McKitrick. They carried out the standard scientific test of trying to reproduce the results obtained in the original work. They showed the almost flat line temperature of the hockey stick handle was artificially contrived. The second piece of evidence, the claim of temperature increase, continues to dominate and is presented in many places as the truth. The person primarily responsible for the number is P.D. Jones. He is currently Director of the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia, England. In order to verify the number Warwick Hughes, an Australian climate researcher asked Jones how it was derived. He received the following reply on 21, February 2005. “We have 25 or so years invested in the work. LC Editor’s Comment: FDA must approve all vaccines before they are administered in the US. “Safe and secure” is a term used by the FDA and refers only to the conditions under which vaccines are manufactured, stored and transported, not their effects on persons inoculated with them.

As used in Ms. Sebelius’ statement, this term suggests strongly that persons who choose to be inoculated will suffer no serious ill-effects from vaccination. Perhaps she made this claim in the hope that in doing so more Americans would volunteer to get vaccinated.

However, there is a large body of medical literature that shows that vaccination, in general, is an ineffective means of preventing infection. Furthermore, it often causes severe temporary or permanent injury to inoculated persons that may not be ascribed to any other causative agent than the vaccine. For this reason, during this flu season many persons who might have otherwise taken the flu shot without questioning the advisability of doing so have chosen to do their own research on this topic and, based on their findings, have chosen to opt out on taking shots.

But, fortunately for him, some bearded, swarthy FBI guys in disguise happen to come by just in time, offer to help him blow up the Empire State building and then poke a half dozen sticks of dynamite into his hands. And when he says, “Thanks, guys, let’s go”, the feds drop their stuck on beards, snatch their patsy, snap on the cuffs, and shout triumphantly at the patsy, “You’re under arrest for conspiracy to bomb the Empire State Building.

Bingo! The media whores pick up the story five minutes after the poor, dumb, deluded kid gets the cuffs snapped on and the feature it in a news bulletin that goes something like this, “FBI agents, risking there lives, apprehended and arrest violent Jihadist who was planning to set off high explosives that could have brought down the Empire State Building and killed its 2,000 office workers. But for their bravery, a freedom-hating terrorist would have spulled off another 9/11”.

Disgusting! Oh for the good old days of the FBI, back in the 1920s and 30s. Yes, I did hear that Hoover was loose in the loafers, but at least his agents caught bankrobbers, real criminals and got them put behind bars --- or did he?

In the most profound financial change in recent Middle East history, Gulf Arabs are planning – along with China, Russia, Japan and France – to end dollar dealings for oil, moving instead to a basket of currencies including the Japanese yen and Chinese yuan, the euro, gold and a new, unified currency planned for nations in the Gulf Co-operation Council, including Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Qatar.

Secret meetings have already been held by finance ministers and central bank governors in Russia, China, Japan and Brazil to work on the scheme, which will mean that oil will no longer be priced in dollars.

Canada will Protect Swine flu Vaccine Maker from Lawsuits

Canada is protecting the drugmaker of swine flu vaccine from lawsuits over potential side effects, Canada's top doctor has confirmed. Dr. David Butler-Jones told a media teleconference Wednesday that Canada will shield GalxoSmithKline in the unlikely event there are problems with the vaccine, but it will not shield health practitioners who make mistakes in administering the shot.

LC Editor’s Comments: The probability that a nurse or doctor or heath care workers trained in administering vaccination will make mistakes in inoculating individuals is miniscule. The vaccine manufacturers know the risk of their being sued for inoculation mistakes is correspondingly small so they have no worry about being sued for damaging someone except superficially by jabbing him with a syringe needle.

However, they know, as do savvy injury attorneys, that the probability of the contents of vaccine doses producing injury in inoculated individuals in the form of autism, ADD, ADHA and anti-immune disorders is finite and that it has tended to increase from year to year, especially so since the CDC started to recommend twenty years ago that infants and young children receive up to 35 vaccinations before they reached school age.

This information has placed the vaccine companies at substantial risk of financial loss as the result of being sued by damaged individuals and losing in court because the amount of evidence that shows vaccines often produce injury in inoculated persons is substantial. Therefore the manufacturers have gotten their friends in governments, both in Canada and the US, to guarantee them immunity from damage suits associated with vaccine personal injury.

Any sensible person familiar with these statistics and aware of others that demonstrate that vaccination, at best, has only about a 30 probability of reducing the chances of a person becoming infected with the virus for which the vaccine was designed would opt entirely out of being vaccinated. However, some businesses – especially in the medical care sector in the U.S. – now tell their workers that must be vaccinated with the H1N1 witches brew or they will become subject to termination, salary cuts, or demotion.

So these employees have a choice all right: Take the shots and chance death or permanent paralysis or don’t take the shots and get demoted or fired. Expect massive numbers of class action lawsuits to filed against employers who have forced their employees into making this no win choice.
