The son of a Canadian diplomat, Benjamin Fulford rebelled against his upbringing and at the age of 17 made his way by boat into the heart of the Amazon to live with a tribe of former cannibals. IAEA: No N-Weaponization Found in Iran

The IAEA has not detected the use of nuclear material linked to Iran's "alleged studies" of weaponization, the agency's latest report says. The findings are part of a restricted International Atomic Energy Agency report forwarded to the UN Security Council and to the 35 board members of the agency on Monday, May 26.

“The Agency has been able to continue to verify the non-diversion of declared nuclear material in Iran. Iran has provided the Agency with access to declared nuclear material and has provided the required nuclear material accountancy reports in connection with declared nuclear material and activities,” said the report, a copy of which was obtained by Press TV. LC EDITOR'S COMMENT: According to this official report the IAEA finds the Iran is "clean' with respect to any evidence that it is engaged or plans to engage in uranium enrichment to the purity level required for weapons manufacture. Iran is enriching uranium but only the level required for use as fuel for the electric power generation reactor it has under construction, which is its right under the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.

Furthermore, the 2007 USA National Intelligence Estimate on Iran's nuclear program concluded that "Iran halted its nuclear weapons program in 2003, unlikely to develop a weapons in this decade"

Yet the Bush administration's CIA chief Michael Hayden states that "The White House will not trust Tehran to produce its own nuclear fuel using indigenous technology... Iran's intention is to produce its own nuclear fuel, using Iranian technology". Hayden claimed that if Tehran develops the capability to produce nuclear fuel, it would be potentially capable of breaking out and creating a weapon 'at any moment.'"

Hayden's suggestion that because Iran has the capability to produce nuclear power reactor fuel it also has the capability to create a weapon "at any moment' either reveals his ignorance of basic nuclear engineering principles or his willful intention to disregard the conclusions of both the IAEA and NIE reports for the purpose of advancing Bush administration's agenda for the Middle East.

In making these inflammatory statements to the press, it would appear that General Hayden is attempting to mold public opinion in such a way as to create significant popular support for a US or Israeli air attack upon Iran's nuclear research and fuel production facilities in the near future for the purpose of halting the nuclear weapons program the Bush administration strongly suggests, but has thusfar failed to prove, is in place and operational in that country now.

Cyclone in Burma, Earthquake in China: HAARP and Scalar Wave Interferometers as Causes? * **

As a physicist I can understand how HAARP would be used in redirecting storm paths and even creating hurricanes and tornados, but I have a non-compute going on in my grey matter regarding earthquake generation using HAARP system as we generally know it -- that is, of course, a massive, computer-steered, phased antenna array powered by high-power, conventional R.F. transmitters. A conventional HAARP system produces incredibly intense beams of focused electromagnetic energy. These beams are directed generally upward and are capable of actually heating any and all of the atmospheric layers situated above Earth (for example, troposphere, ionosphere and stratosphere) to high enough temperatures locally to change their shapes and engineering properties, which would presumably make HAARP useful for steering weather patterns and storms. However, I have a problem in trying to understand how anyone could use HAARP to deposit enough energy at great depths in rock formations to initiate earthquake activity even in fault zones where instabilities already exist.

The only thing I can figure that might account for artificial creation of earthquakes of the intensity that occurred in China this month --- aside from the use of enormous nukes and that would presumably require precise placement of numerous ultrahigh yield devices --- is the use of electromagnetic scalar interferometry. Lt. Col. and engineer Tom Bearden has claimed for decades that this technology ---which is not pure HAARP based, but might be construed to be related to HAARP technology--- has existed for scores of years. Starting in the 1960s and following up on the pioneering work of Tesla of a century ago the Russians developed scalar wave interferometry into the sophisticated and lethal warfare technology it is today. Bearden claims that current scalar wave interferometers are capable of depositing enough energy locally in solid material to damage or knock airplanes and submarines out of action and to produce earthquakes to order.

After I had struggled for a few months a couple of years ago trying to make sense out of Bearden's formulation of scalar wave interferometry, which he based on Whitaker's work of a century ago, I bowed out, figuring Bearden's formulation and predictions, plus his claim that both the Russians and Japanese had employed working scalar wave interferometers to produce physical damage, amounted to nothing more than a wet dream for Tommy, who comes across to me in his writing and in Google Video/YouTube films at various times as a combination of an outright genius with a very practical outlook on technology, smooth-talking con artist and deluded scientist.

But perhaps there is something right after all about Bearden's claims about the capabilities of scalar interferometers if Bob Chapman’s reader* had accurate intelligence info in hand when he reported in his letter to Chapman that that “HAARP” technology (which could very well have included scalar wave technology) M15/16 put up on Cyprus was used to set off the earthquake China and the cyclone in Burma.

You see scalar interferometers used as kind of dual EM bazookas operate outside of the normal space-time domain we experience to create action at a distance, with no detectible field being present between the interferometer and its target. This implies that this resulting scalar field can penetrate anything and at a distance and deposit huge amounts of energy, perhaps enough to create stress levels great enough in the plates to launch earthquakes.

After I went through my bout several years ago with Thomas E. Bearden's math, I bought a copy of his Fer-de-Lance, a thick, reference compendium of articles on scalar wave technology. Perhaps it is time for me to dig into that book now, looking for references that will allow me to obtain substantive evidence that supports Bearden's claims and maybe even discover clues on how to handle formulation of scalar theory. This would probably be a more fruitful endeavor than my Twin Towers, 9/11, disintegration investigation.

As I write this piece to you, my mind goes back to my contacting celebrated theoretical physicist Dr. Michio Kaku (www.mkaku.org) in an effort sort out Bearden's math. I remember I was really taken aback by his response to me, which went something like this, "As a physicist you ought to know that there is no such thing as longitudinal (scalar) electromagnet waves." "Click!" At that time I remember thinking, " Me thinks the Dr. Kaku protests too loudly.” Yes, our imperial government does hire high-powered physicists to dream up weapons for it or at least evaluate technology it would like to turn into weapons.

Here is a interesting quote taken from a speech delivered at the University of Pittsburg terrorism conference in 1997 by President Clinton’s Secretary of Defense Cohen. “Others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. “ Could it be that Secretary Cohen knows how, why and with whose assistance recent earthquakes and a killer cyclone in the Far East may have been produced using HAARP or scalar wave technology? It was initially submitted as an email to Bob in response to a note he had received from an IF reader whom he regards as a reliable source of intelligence information. In his note to Bob the reader wrote, “Rumour has it that British intelligence--MI5/MI6-has a massive HAARP base in Akrotiri, Cyprus with a dedicated nuclear reactor attached to power the massive HAARP radars--When the UK granted Cypriot independence in 1960, it retained a small amount of territory to create the UK sovereign bases--this Akrotiri. Cyprus installation created the GPS cyclone that was used by the London based Illuminist crime syndicates--as a silent weapon to shake down/extort Myanmar (Burma) --this was followed very quickly by the HAARP induced GPS HAARP earthquake in China--these were ritual like murders--the China earthquake did not occur along tectonic plate friction lines that displaces the land masses above and causes the earth quake--the China quake was very similar to the earthquake in Kobe, Japan, which made the hearts and minds of the Japanese leadership fall into line.”
